This Restaurant Week, one of HiWay Pizza West’s four delicious offerings is an homage to this classic dish — which smelled divine during its photo shoot! This blast-from-the-past entrée features, yes, 20 cloves of roasted garlic and is deglazed with Prosecco to give the flavorful sauce a natural sweetness.
