The Corner Room is going for a “throwback theme” says Kitchen Manager Scott Shive of his decision to bring back the Rocky Top Bison Burger, a popular dish from the restaurant’s original menu. 

While this establishment has undergone some serious changes and big upgrades with the new ownership, Scott Shive has a long history in this kitchen and wanted to put out a dish for patrons who might be looking for something familiar.

“Throwback Thursdays” have become a way to bring back dishes from the past that people were really excited about. The Corner Room has a rich history and bringing back dishes that drove the business throughout time is a sweet way to honor that.
