When asked what she thought was the most interesting ingredient in this year’s dish, RE Farm Cafe’s Lead Composer Brenda Palmer responded with, “The duck egg!” She shared, “The ducks go anywhere they please, “help” the other animals eat their food, and lay their eggs all over the place. Once the eggs are found and collected around the farm, the ducks will then try to find new spots to lay.” Essentially, each egg that makes its way to your RE Farm table is the result of a farm-wide treasure hunt, as the ducks do their best to remain elusive.
