Chef’s Note: A riff on an old-fashioned and our crowd favorite cocktail. We make both the caramelized fig syrup and bitters blend in-house from scratch. Alla Spina at HiWay is our cocktail bar and listening lounge, so the cocktail name is a nod to music culture.
