Chef’s Note: Bison burgers have always been loved here at Duffy's Boalsburg Tavern. They have been “recreated” many times over the years. This is the latest incarnation and we think the onion jam makes it exceptional.
Cauliflower Steak: Fried blackened cauliflower steak served over a bed of lentils with a carrot puree
Chef’s Note: This is one of our vegetarian entrees that is also vegan. It is new on our menu and has been a big hit!
