Shrimp Scampi ($24.99), Italian Pasta Dinner ($21.99), Mussels Appetizer ($16.99), “Chef Pat’s Way” Cheesesteak ($18.99)
Shrimp Scampi: Six jumbo shrimp sautéed in olive oil and our garlic-ghee sauce, with lemon, herbs, and spices over spaghetti. Served with a salad and garlic bread.
Italian Pasta Dinner: A Romano family tradition featuring our signature red sauce (known as “gravy”), served with two meatballs, garlic bread, and a salad.
Mussels Appetizer: One pound of mussels sautéed in our garlic-ghee sauce with lemon and herbs. Served with bread for dipping.
Chef’s Note: This dish was never intended to be one of our greatest offerings. I wanted mussels like we used to have at our family dinners and whipped them up and put them on the menu as a special. The demand was great and constant and now people travel to enjoy them!
“Chef Pat’s Way” Cheesesteak: Our ribeye steak meat with Whiz & American cheeses, fried onions & mushrooms, topped with Heinz Ketchup & hot cherry peppers on our roll imported from Philadelphia!
Chef’s Note: As a person working in cheesesteak shops in Philly in high school and college, you tend to eat these sandwiches A LOT. I decided to really change it up and added whiz and American cheeses, fried onions and mushrooms, hot cherry peppers and ketchup to break the everyday doldrums!
