Tylor Dinteman, the new Executive Chef at the Penn Stater Conference Center, brings his 13 years of experience to a recently refreshed menu at Legends. “I like simple but well combined flavors, taking common food and elevating it a little bit.”
His Restaurant Week special is the perfect example: a grilled cheese with a slightly spicy cheese blend, smoky brisket, and pickled red onions. “Each bite might be different, with a pop of acidity from onion or a smoky bite of brisket.”
Chef Tylor and his crew invite the locals to come see what’s new at the conference center (which, as a quick reminder, is open to the public and boasts easy parking and free wifi!). A new menu will launch later this summer just in time for football season to start, so now is the perfect time to be ahead of the crowd and taste the new flavors coming out of this kitchen.
