Chef’s Note: We were looking for ways to incorporate Axemann Brewery's products into our menu items, and I have always liked corned beef braised in stout, so it seemed to be a natural fit! I had featured it on the food truck menu in the past and saw how popular it was, so we put it on our menu about 3 years ago when we did an update, and it has been a mainstay ever since.
"Bloody Mary" Grilled Cheese: Havarti, white cheddar, and horseradish tomato jam on sourdough
Chef’s Note: This is the O.G. sandwich that started it all. When I was first coming up with items for my food truck in 2021, this was one of the ideas my wife and I came up with. She loves a good Bloody Mary, so I was tasked with finding a way to put it on a sandwich. I made a sauce with all the ingredients of a Bloody Mary and found a good combination of cheeses for the sandwich. The Bloody Mary grilled cheese has been on the menu ever since!
Appetizer and sandwich features change every day, so there is always something different on the menu.
