Chef’s Note: We had initially called this sandwich "The Mobster" as it was a spicy Italian, but upon opening in State College, it quickly became the fan favorite. We were looking for a sandwich that would be our signature sandwich, so we changed the name to "The Big Moejo" and got the name trademarked!
