Find out as you work your way through our snozzberry-inspired milkshake, dripping in Nerds, underneath a deep dish confetti cookie topped with a world of delicious imagination: “Violet Beauregarde’s Bubblegum Buttercream” grass with Nerds Clusters and Chocorooms, surrounding a fudgy chocolate river leading to a glitter dusted chocolate covered sugar cookie, a candy-filled golden egg, and a Wonka-wrapped chocolate bar. And those golden tickets? There will be five of them, of course! Find one and redeem it for Wonka themed prizes and gift cards. So, what does a snozzberry taste like?

The team at State Burger Co.got carried into the world of imagination in the very best way for Restaurant Week, spending months in the brainstorming process. After playing around for weeks with milkshake flavor combinations, they finally landed on what they thought the mysterious Willy Wonka snozzberry would taste like.
Co-owner Dustin Smith is super hands-on in the process and spent hours practicing piping the perfect Wonka “W” for the glitter dusted chocolate coated sugar cookie that tops off this year’s special milkshake creation.
Also special during restaurant week, on June 18 the restaurant will host their monthly Wild Game Day where they serve exotic burgers like camel, kangaroo and swordfish. This month they will serve ½-pound wild boar burgers.
Look for exciting changes happening in the State Burger Co. space with an expansion to include a vintage general store with specialty items.
