When was the last time you were delighted by a burger and fries? It’s a classic pairing, although not usually all that memorable. But when The Field’s 2025 Restaurant Week offering came out of the kitchen and we saw it for the first time, “delight” was the word. This year’s offering is creative and fun, inspired by brunch, that “camping in Central PA” feeling, and the local farms that provide the fresh, flavorful ingredients.
A tasty twist on the classic brunch beverage, the Bloody Mary Burger is piled (really) high with a laundry list of local ingredients, including candied bacon, spicy mustard, and a pipette of the actual cocktail accessorizing the bun.
The S’mores sweet potato waffle fries are tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with crushed graham cracker, marshmallow, and Hershey’s syrup and will instantly take you fireside.
If you want to stay on theme with your drink pairing, choose the classic Bloody Mary or the S’mores Espresso Martini, garnished with toasted marshmallow fluff, Hershey’s chocolate drizzle, and graham cracker crumbs.
