New York Strip with Jumbo Shrimp and Lump Crab in a Saffron Cream Sauce ($35.99)
We Are Inn owner Pat Romano Jr. loves to treat his guests like family, so it’s no surprise that his Restaurant Week special is everything good on one plate. A New York strip cooked perfectly to your liking is topped with jumbo shrimp and lump crab and topped off with a saffron cream sauce.
The plate also features the Philipsburg restaurant’s signature squash medley and wild rice — or diner’s choice of steak fries, mashed potatoes, whatever you want, he says.
Pat says summer is extra fun with folks stopping in before or after fishing, kayaking, hiking or other outdoor activities available nearby. Plus, the third Saturday of every month is Country Jamboree with line dancing and a mechanical bull in the back parking lot.
“People are finding that there’s a lot to do around here.” And certainly eating at We Are Inn is part of that!
