This year for Happy Valley Restaurant Week, when you eat at one of our participating restaurants, you’ll also have the chance to be entered into a drawing for one of these fun prize packages provided by Pepsi! Official disclaimer and rules are below.

1. Plan your stops with the participant list.
2. Pick up a participation card at any participating restaurant or at the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau in downtown State College.
3. On the back of the card, check off all your stops during HVRW, fill out your contact info and add any comments to help us plan for next year.
4. Return your card

Happy Valley Restaurant Week Giveaway: Disclaimer and Rules

Disclaimer

1. Eligibility: The Happy Valley Restaurant Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of participating restaurants, their immediate families, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Happy Valley Restaurant Week, which are final and binding.

4. Prizes:

•  1st Prize: 4 tickets to Hersheypark (can be used any date)
•  2nd Prize: 4 tickets to the State College Spikes & 4 tickets to the Altoona Curve (can be used any date)
•  3rd Prize: Choice of 5 cases of Pepsi products (24-can packs) or 7 cases of Aquafina water.

5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

6. Publicity: Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Happy Valley Restaurant Week may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

7. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Happy Valley Restaurant Week, participating restaurants, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

8. General Conditions: Happy Valley Restaurant Week reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Happy Valley Restaurant Week’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Happy Valley Restaurant Week in its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Official Rules

1. How to Enter:

• Obtain a participation card by dining at any participating restaurant during Happy Valley Restaurant Week.
• Complete the participation card with all required information.
• Return the completed participation card to the designated drop box at any participating restaurant by the end of the restaurant week.

2. Entry Period: The entry period begins on the first day of Happy Valley Restaurant Week and ends one week after the last day of Happy Valley Restaurant Week. All entries must be received by the end of the business hours on July 1.

3. Drawing and Notification:

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
• The drawing will be conducted within one week after the conclusion of Happy Valley Restaurant Week.
• Winners will be notified by phone or email provided on the participation card. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Prize Delivery:

• Prizes will be delivered or made available for pick-up as determined by Happy Valley Restaurant Week. Winners will be provided with details on how to claim their prize upon notification.

5. Additional Terms:

• Limit one entry per person.
• All entries become the property of Happy Valley Restaurant Week and will not be acknowledged or returned.
• Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
• By participating in the Happy Valley Restaurant Week Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
